Dr. Torsten Licht holds a doctorate in mechanical engineering and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt. He has more than 13 years of experience in leading positions at Johnson & Johnson Medical. There, he was responsible for numerous global product launch and lifecycle management projects at the interface between R&D, Operations and Quality & Compliance. Since 2023, he has been strengthening INNOand with a focus on Design2value and digitalization in medical technology.

He supports his MedTech clients in optimizing their product designs in terms of cost, customer value and regulatory impact. In a moderated process with the knowledge carriers of his clients and their suppliers, he links the existing know-how in the areas of R&D, medical, clinical and regulatory affairs, as well as production, quality assurance and supply chain, thus helping to identify and implement synergy effects. One focus is on holistic, digitally supported requirements management. As Managing Director of Tracion Solutions GmbH, he also supports the professional implementation of digitalization potentials of his MedTech customers, if required.
