Oliver Lang is a mechanical engineer and has more than 30 years of international professional experience as CEO, managing director and senior executive in the automotive industry with a focus on development, production, human resources and processes. After positions at FEV, BENTELER Automobiltechnik and J&S Holding, he is as familiar with corporate groups as he is with family-owned companies and private equity. He joined INNOand in 2023.

He supports his clients in strategy development as well as in the implementation and optimization of the entire value chain up to the series release of technologically sophisticated products and services. In parallel, he develops organizations in line with future challenges, involving all stakeholders. In this environment, he was responsible for international projects and led globally operating project teams and functional units.

The main focus of his work is to increase customer orientation and customer value. His distinctive industry network and problem-solving skills make him a recognized business partner for all stakeholders.
