Vera de Wendt holds a degree in business administration and specializes in organizational and human resources development. She has been accompanying transformation processes for more than 20 years and contributes her experience both in internationally active corporations and in manufacturing SMEs. She joined INNOand in 2021.

Within the scope of her areas of expertise coaching, leadership and team development, she accompanies people in the design of effective and sustainable change processes. She opens up dialog spaces in which 'learning together' is made possible and change energy is bundled. She provides impulses for the further development of the leadership and cooperation culture, whereby sustainable future concepts are created and competencies for dealing with complex challenges and constant changes are developed.
