Dr. Thomas Knetsch holds a doctorate in mechanical engineering and has 23 years of professional experience. Of these, he has worked for 15 years as a managing director and expert for well-known, implementation-oriented management consultancies. He is just as familiar with internationally operating groups as he is with medium-sized and family-owned companies. He joined INNOand in 2021. 

He supports his clients in sustainably and holistically increasing their product yield. His expertise spans all industries, with a focus on the automotive and plastics industries. In these, he acts in the areas of production, development, sales and purchasing. In numerous projects, he has successfully optimised products, increased customer benefits, positioned prices, reduced costs and increased profitability. 

The topics of sustainability, circular economy ("true circular economy for plastics"), and product carbon footprint are in particular focus, especially in the lifetime consideration of products and their impact on the competitiveness of companies.
