Kay Freiland studied business informatics and has numerous certifications in project management (PMI and Agile) as well as in agile organizational development (SAFe) and corporate restructuring. He also has a degree from Stanford University. With more than 22 years of experience in national and international companies, he brings extensive know-how in various functions and optimization approaches. He joined INNOand in 2024.

His focus is on the optimization of organizational units, the restructuring and reorganization of companies as well as strategic realignment in the course of digital transformation. His aim is to keep companies healthy or put them back on a healthy course and make them future-proof, regardless of the challenges ahead. Digitalization is the starting point for all his projects. He focuses on optimizing business models and strives for an innovation factor of more than 10 by implementing automation and digital solutions that are consistently geared towards customer benefit.
