Michael Colberg holds a degree in mechanical engineering and has more than 30 years of experience in the automotive and aviation industries.  As Chief Operating Officer for many years, he has a wealth of experience in the areas of purchasing, logistics, quality, development and production. His career has focussed on transformation, turnaround and lean management. 

He began his career at the leading international car manufacturers FORD and MERCEDES BENZ, then moved to the management of PREMIUM AEROTEC and returned to the automotive supply industry in 2015. He has been a member of the Automotive Executive Board of REHAU Automotive SE&Co. KG since February 2020. With his appointment to the company's Advisory Board in September 2024, he supports INNOand in an advisory capacity.
